Vanquish was created in January 2010 to deliver Commercial Products and Services through one single help desk. We identified the advantages of operating a central helpdesk, where you are able to log any task with one company, but will benefit from the specialist knowledge and support of the individual companies. The company has an ethical basis, which is to provide a range of facilities support services, with a drive to reduce carbon, risk, energy and chemical consumption.

Vanquish Group offering the full-stack facilities management service
We can provide an internal and external window cleaning service which can be arranged for monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or on request. We are happy to advise you of the safest, most efficient method for your premises, which could include abseiling, controlled rope descent or the more commonly applied, reach and wash.

Over time, the work environment may need to be changed or improved, whether it is just a little tired looking and requires a refresh or perhaps it does not meet the business needs anymore and requires adjustments. Either way, we at Vanquish take great pride in finding a solution to meet your requirements. Developing various options and working in line with your budgets creates a challenging and interesting for the team.
Moving offices is an exciting time, but also presents challenges for the business. We aim to make the fit out process as simple as possible. Our personal approach, means that you would have a dedicated Project manager from our first meeting and they would be responsible until the work is complete and you are working comfortably from your new offices. We promote good communication between all parties and aim to be flexible as possible to support your needs.
OFFICE FIT-OUT
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is a great way to prevent breakdown or failures taking place. It also provides peace of mind to you and your employees that all equipment is compliant with the statutory regulations, which enhances the safety of your business accommodation. We would attend your premises to discuss and create a schedule of maintenance for your installations and equipment. The schedule would provide frequency and result information on the testing, servicing, maintenance and certification of equipment.
As well as a PPM service for the equipment, we can develop this plan to include the general maintenance of the office or business premises. Redecoration, repairing furniture, moving equipment or even just hanging pictures, all of these examples can be included as part of our maintenance visit.
MAINTENANCE
The smooth day to day running of a business is key to its success, however when unexpected situations occur, you need to be able to make safe, repair or replace as soon as possible so that your service or product delivery is unaffected.
No matter what the issue, or what time the problem happens, Vanquish are here to assist you. We offer a 2 hour response time for Emergency call outs within our geographical area and for the less urgent matters, we aim to attend your premises within a 24- 48hr time period.
The Vanquish team is made up of various trades, so whatever you require in your hour of need, all you have to do is call us and our friendly helpdesk will organise the correct person to complete your job. Whether you have a blocked toilet, broken glass or faulty electrics, no job is too big (or small) for us.

Vanquish have identified housing maintenance services as a core service of the business. As a repairs and maintenance provider, it is important for us to provide our clients, their residents and communities with a reliable, sustainable and cost efficient service.
