The communication of the management team was excellent and the quality of onsite Vanquish personnel through the project managing their own works and that of sub-contractors was exactly what we needed. Their section of sub-contractors was found to be very good and any on site construction problems were quickly resolved.
Vanquish were fully conversant wih their role under CDM and they secured all necessary licences with Highways and the local Council as to works above and on the adopted public Highway and Council land.
