We can provide an internal and external window cleaning service which can be arranged for monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or on request. We are happy to advise you of the safest, most efficient method for your premises, which could include abseiling, controlled rope descent or the more commonly applied, reach and wash.
Over time, the work environment may need to be changed or improved, whether it is just a little tired looking and requires a refresh or perhaps it does not meet the business needs anymore and requires adjustments. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is a great way to prevent breakdown or failures taking place. It also provides peace of mind to you and your employees that all equipment is compliant with the statutory regulations, which enhances the safety of your business accommodation. We would attend your premises to discuss and create a schedule of maintenance for your installations and equipment. The schedule would provide frequency and result information on the testing, servicing, maintenance and certification of equipment.
As well as a PPM service for the equipment, we can develop this plan to include the general maintenance of the office or business premises. Redecoration, repairing furniture, moving equipment or even just hanging pictures, all of these examples can be included as part of our maintenance visit.
